The task store for an endpoint on several nodes:
tasks: [store: {Sake.Tasks.Store.Ecto, repo: MyApp.Repo}] with the
table from Sake.Tasks.Migration. Every node reads and writes the same
rows, so any node serves any task's tasks/get, tasks/update and
tasks/cancel. Tested on Postgres.
